Sustainability

Sustainability has always been a topic close to our hearts. We are working to obtain the ISO 14001: 2015 Certification for Environmental Management by the end of 2023 but our commitment has started for over a decade. Over the past 10 years we have made transformations that have significantly reduced our impact on the environment:

• In the last 10 years we have almost eliminated the production of printed brochures and company presentations, preferring sending promotional material by e-mail, definitely more sustainable
• Since 2013, thanks to the introduction of the new application for CRM management, shipments and on-site operations are managed completely paperles.
• Starting from 2016 we have renewed our fleet of company vehicles (both cars and forklifts) by replacing most of the models with hybrids or full electric vehicles.
• In 2018 we developed traffic management software that coordinates the entrances of heavy vehicles to the exhibition ground thanks to a time slot system that avoids a massive and messy entry into the hub with consequent waits and large quantities of emissions. The system can be used in any exhibition center and is currently in operation at Rimini Fiera.
• In 2018 we installed photovoltaic panels in our headquarters in Rome to produce clean energy. With panels we are totally self-sufficient and we will double in the course of 2023
